Before the Appraisal
To ensure a smooth transaction, please prepare the following in advance.
Appraisal requests are very simple, but for an accurate valuation and smooth procedures, please review the following points.
1. Prepare the necessary documents in advance
Vehicle inspection certificate
Seal certificate (issued within the last 3 months)
Transfer certificate and power of attorney (formats can be provided by our company)
Recycling ticket (if available)
2. Take photos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle

Exterior (front, back, left, right views)

Interior (around the driver’s seat)

Odometer (showing mileage)

Any scratches, dents, or damage
Please take photos in a bright location. Avoid dark places or nighttime shots.
3. Make sure to check the vehicle’s legal owner and name holder.

If the vehicle is not under your name (e.g., registered under a family member or a company), please consult with us in advance.

If there is an outstanding loan balance, consultation is also available.
4. Please confirm the schedule for the appraisal date.
