Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the purchasing services operated by APASON TRADING Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Please read the following carefully before using the services.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to the appraisal and purchasing services provided by the Company through LINE, email, web forms, and other channels.
Article 2 (Appraisal Request)

Users shall provide accurate information (such as a copy of the vehicle inspection certificate and vehicle photos) in the manner specified by the Company.

Appraisals based on false or incomplete information may be deemed invalid.
Article 3 (Formation of Purchase Contract)

A purchase contract shall be deemed concluded when the user agrees to the amount presented after appraisal and completes submission of the required documents and handover of the vehicle.

The appraisal amount may be subject to change prior to collection (e.g., in cases where the actual condition of the vehicle differs upon inspection).
Article 4 (Ownership and Name Transfer)

Ownership of the vehicle shall transfer to the Company upon completion of payment of the purchase price.

The Company shall be responsible for carrying out the name transfer procedures.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:

Submitting requests under a false name or by impersonating a third party

Using the appraisal service for resale or speculative purposes

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution that infringes the Company’s intellectual property rights
Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Appraisal values are subject to fluctuation depending on market conditions and overseas demand.
